CAC has selected the theme of “Smart Utilities” for the technical session that they will be sponsoring at ACE11.The most comprehensive and diverse water conference in the world. It’s the water community’s forum to tackle a growing number of challenges, from infrastructure management to water resources protection to advanced treatment technologies.
